The Bradbury Centre
The Bradbury Centre is well positioned in Bonar Bridge, with views across the Kyle of Sutherland. The Centre is well known within the community and has built a good reputatuon for the services we provide to the older community members. We are co-located with the Medical Centre and the new Migdale Hospital which makes it ideal for supporting local older people in recovery from illness or those receiving Rehabilitation and Reablement Service.
Covid19 – We have had to change the way the centre works so that we can still support our clients and also those of our communities who need help at this unusual time. We are helping with prescriptions, shopping, transport of patients also providing meals to those who are self-isolating. With the help of funding from SSE community benefit fund we have been able to provide a hot two course meal five days a week. The SSE fund has donated around £4000 and we are hopeful that other funders will help this cause. We are providing meals in Bonar Bridge, Ardgay, Lairg and surrounding areas,
